SKT App — Privacy Policy

What the app does

The SKT app shows the Superkart Thailand season standings, the timetable of each race weekend, official result files and announcements from race control. It can remind you shortly before a session of the classes you follow. The app is free and does not require an account.

Data we collect

• Push notification token — an identifier issued by Apple or Google for your device, stored only if you turn notifications on. It cannot identify you personally.
• The classes you follow — the race classes you pick to be reminded about, plus your notification preference and app language. Stored on your device and, when notifications are on, on our server so reminders can be targeted.

We do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any advertising identifier. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

How it is used

Solely to deliver the notifications you asked for. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare Workers KV. Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service, which receive only the device token and the notification text.

Retention and deletion

Turning notifications off in Settings deletes your device record from our server immediately. Records whose token is no longer valid are removed automatically. You can also delete everything by uninstalling the app.

Results data

Driver names, race numbers, teams and championship points shown in the app are the official results published by the organiser on the series website; the app displays the same public data. Drivers who wish to have their name withheld should contact the organiser.

Children

Younger drivers compete in the Cadet classes and their names and race numbers appear in the official published results. The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and shows no driver photographs or licence details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
